Why does everyone say, enjoy when you are still in school, coz once you start working you wont get chance!!!

How can that be possible ... when you are in school, you have huge load of assignments/projects. So you wont get a chance? And once you start working you will have deadlines etc etc ... so you cant enjoy in both cases? If these people feel that school is more fun than work, why dont they come back to school again :P now talk about money? if you are working and get paid and you cant enjoy with that money, then whats the point :P

10:15 PM: Decides to come to lab and finish one matlab code + name the ports in the layout + extract the netlist + start the simulations
(No problems expected, since all except for matlab coding was just manual work)
11:15 PM: naming of ports over. Tried to extract the netlist, didnt work......spent more than 40 min to figure out what was happening :(
12:10 AM: Netlists extracted !!!! Got this bloody feeling of sense of accomplishment .... so decided to do the matlab coding tommorow :P .... and then start the simulations tommorow.

Even though I had 40 min to catch the bus, I didnt want to code now becoz I feel I have done enough work already !!!

Ok...I passed this sem also.

Most of the ideas about my thesis come on friday evening (errmmmm...you know when). And most of the times, I have to ask my prof to proceed with that ... i dont want to simply waste doing unwanted stuff. So all I did in the weeekend was Sleeping !!!

Just wondering how many you *now* think that the final yr project we did in undergrad was *nothing*

PS: I am talking about a span of 2-3 yrs between you pass the comments on the difference in opinion you feel.

[UPDATE]: I get a feeling I am exaggerating too much by saying *nothing*.
I am feeling that the amount of work I have done for my final sem project is very much less than the amount of effort/work I put/do for an assignment here in grad school.

I got funding for one complete year ... its for a department called Offcampus Learning/Distant Education, which is a part of ETS.

There was a boy who used to enjoy summer by playing cricket, watching movies, sleeping 12 hrs a day ( and then )

Exams Over && New Camera => New pics (obviously shaked) => Strain for your eyes :P

Everyone is scolding me for being on yahoo all the time and not studying. So due to pressure, I am going to study now.

I have decided that I wont be doing PhD after my MS. My mind was always oscillating in this issue, but considering some of the facts, I guess this is the best choice for me.

Dreams will be dreams forever.

One full day struggled to setup a library of the gates in Mentor graphics ... still no luck so far.

I missed a class at 6 PM becoz of oversleeping. I have to become serious about this atleast now.

Thanks kr1s for the perl script. It has saved my time tremendously which has resulted in me doing extra things for the project.

Slept today in library before the exam

I think I will be a dead man ... by the time I am done with my 2 exams (tommorow).

I wont be on Yahoo messenger till this weekend ... I am uninstalling it....too much to do and I am wasting lot of time on it.

Currently for my project on Layout Designs, I am doing lot of manual work, which I thought can be done by simple scripting. If anyone can write a small script for me, please message me or leave a comment.
PS: I cant learn scripting at this moment, and I think it wont take more than 20 min if you know scripting.

Micron is also coming to Campus on the same day.

-->I guess 4 things to handle and do well in everything is too much to ask for. Looks like I might do a night out this week, just to compensate the burden at the end.

I need to concentrate on my studies more.

PS: Looks like the third option is the best so far :P or else i should get internship.
