Spot a Pothole

Recently read an article about companies planning to move out of bangalore and the real estate value will be going down in future. Isnt it obvious when the demand decreases, the cost reduces ??? I dont understand how people expect everything to happen at the same time. They now crib about high cost of living and also crib about prices going down in future !!!
